Join other expectant couples in an intimate setting to best prepare for childbirth and your baby’s arrival. This unique class, taught by Latifa Whitlock, Registered Nurse, Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, and her assistant will be held on two consecutive Tuesdays during each month. Each evening class will run about 2-3 hours.
This childbirth preparation class will include instruction and discussion on the following topics and more:

5) Induction Process
6) Breastfeeding Techniques
