Join a community of other expectant moms! We will come together each week in a small supportive group to share experiences, ask questions, build friendships, gather resources, and find support along your journey! Facilitated by certified life coach, doula and fellow mom. Topics each week will be decided on by the group and may include: preparation for labor, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, infant care, childcare, baby products, nutrition, and more!
* When: Six Wednesdays from 6:30pm – 7:30pm
* Where: Yummy Mummy – 1201 Lexington Avenue (between 81st and 82nd st)
* Cost: $25 a week ($150 for the 6 part series, payment required in advance)
