Join other breastfeeding moms in a casual and relaxed setting to ask your most pressing breastfeeding questions like:
* How do I know if my baby is getting enough?
* Is my latch correct?
* Why does it hurt my left breast and not my right?
* Will my nipples ever feel the same again?
This 1-1/2 hour weekly support group, sponsored by Big City Moms, will be run by International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Lactation Consultant (RLC) Melissa Kotlen Nagin. Melissa teaches prenatal breastfeeding classes at the 92nd Street Y, maintains an active private practice in New York City, and writes about breastfeeding for about.com. About her job as an IBCLC, Melissa says “Helping mothers in all matters breastfeeding has been the most fulfilling job I’ve ever had (other than being a mother of three beautiful children, of course).
