Your Body, Post Baby: A Discussion with Pre/Post Natal Pilates expert, Alana Reed

Join pre/post natal Pilates expert, Alana Reed for a discussion about the body, post baby. Topics will include:

- What happens to the body in the first 6 weeks postpartum
- What type of exercises are most important for a woman’s post natal body both for health reasons and for aesthetic reasons
- Which exercises are contraindicated and why
- How to find time to workout. Examples of exercises that can be done while nursing/feeding the baby.
- Breastfeeding burns an average of 500 calories a day.  Examples of 500 calories and how that relates to loosing baby weight.
