Effective 26 July 2013, we have changed our method for taking electronic signatures for authorization and consent.
If you have placed an order for insurance products and have not yet signed our Authorization and Consent, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a link you can use to provide your electronic signature.
If you provided your signature during checkout of insurance products, you're all set. There's nothing else you need to do.
