What is Yummy Mummy’s Return Policy?
The breast pump is considered a medical device and is not returnable. However, we do our best to accommodate moms in extenuating circumstances. If you feel it necessary to make a return, please read the policy below.
Yummy Mummy may accept a breast pump return within 30 days of delivery if the seal is intact, the box is unopened and contents intact. A return may be requested for any of the following reasons.
• You didn’t receive the pump you ordered.
• The pump or packaging was damaged in transit.
Yummy Mummy will only cover return shipping costs for the above-mentioned reasons. We regret that we are unable to accept a return based on a change in preference.
WHAT TO DO TO RETURN YOUR BREAST PUMP?
Contact Yummy Mummy’s customer service department to request an RMA via email at orders@yummymummystore.com or phone at 855-879-8669. Our hours are M-F 9AM-6PM Eastern. If your return is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and the return shipping label. It is important that you write the RMA # on the shipping label as returns without a number will not be accepted. Please write the RMA # on the shipping label.
Ship the breast pump to the address on the label within 30 days of receiving the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a secure shipping method for the return so it can be tracked. It is only after the return has been received and its saleable condition confirmed, that Yummy Mummy can withdraw or reverse the claim.
Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to standard return policies.
BREAST PUMP PROBLEMS AND DEFECTS
Please do not return a pump directly to Yummy Mummy. Any concerns with how your pump is working must be handled directly with the manufacturer whose warranty covers the pump.
