We hope this communication finds you and your family doing well and managing through this unprecedented and challenging time. As the coronavirus situation continues to impact every aspect of our lives, we wanted to reach out and update you on how Yummy Mummy is supporting our employees and our customers.
We’ve taken prudent actions to ensure that the majority of our employees are able to work off-site while some essential functions are being handled in our insurance center by a small core staff. Outside same-day messenger deliveries have been curtailed to the greatest extent possible. We continue to follow all CDC, CMS and NY Dept. of Health guidelines to ensure our offices are sanitized and employees maintain strict standards to ensure their safety and health.
We remain focused on completing orders as quickly as possible within insurers’ guidelines and a baby’s date of birth. Our healthcare-focused distribution center has assured us that they maintain strict standards for their employees to ensure their health and well-being. They are shipping Yummy Mummy orders as usual with occasional delays due to FedEx’s schedule. We are committed to keeping all our operational procedures running during this time and conducting business as usual without interruption. And we are actively monitoring our services to ensure we meet our commitments to our customers.
